Scam or fraud: Aircel — could not send port message from aircel sim

Complaint Details:

My post paid Aircel mobile number is 9768006808 and registered under my Dad’s name Mr G. M Kabilan. We are customers of AIRCEL for more than 5 years. The service has become bad to worst as no sensible talk from their call center team, no internal cordination, rude executives.

I could not send the message to 1900 for porting since 3-4 months. The service is worst and AIRCEL is making it difficult for me to shift to other network even when I am ready to pay my full payment. However, they call me 100 times to make be pay my bill on time.

Further when we call them for assistance, they are least bother to lift our call and help us (or rather some executives themselves don’ t know how to resolve it )

Why am I arrested like this if there are better service providers apart from AIRCEL. I really don’t understand the case ?

I found a number of good reviews on TCCMS INDIA website, thus have come for help !

Would be grateful if you people can understand my situation and help.

This is my order no 406-1821601-1342729 during offer period i bought this products of above 5000 rupees for cash back will be credited on october 15th i have received my order on SEP 4th 2017 i have received this product with big box when i received the products there was some products missed and some damaged i was complained this within 30 minutes after receiving the product i requested them to get the products from me and return my amount i was faced lot of difficulties while talking with executives they are not at all listening customers view and lady has taken complaint against this and ask me to wait for 3 days after three days no one has called me or mailed me regarding this issue again i made call to executives these people are very arrogant and talking rudely with customers and again ask me to wait for 2 days after 2 days i just them called them once again this time they are telling wait for 5 business days this the way this amazon people are trying to cheat customers very badly aim since amazon customer for past 4 years i never felt this type of issue before but this worst thing i never faced in this 4 years this people are now a days are trying to cheat very badly

not only missing and damaged products aim talking about products received also that Agro fresh brand is very very worst product don’t ever brought this products in amazon my family is complain about the pulses they have delivered in sticker they have mentioned new but after cooking we cant able to eat this food i requested every customer don’t buy groceries items in amazon if you going for online better go for big basket some products are good only this agro fresh products are very worst

These Amazon people are trying to cheat customers in very wrong way i just waited for more than 8 days but there was no response from there end. I Request consumer to take severe action against this people and ask them to provide me missing products immediately

I have tried to call the customer care several times to know if I have to sunmit moe documents to clear it from customs. They said I dont hAve to as I already submitted the kyc forms. When my father went to SBI Aerodrame kota to deposited money. SBI manager came and told bad behaviour
And they demand to manager for Complaint register manager reject to produce and told that you can’t do anything
Manager behaviour is not good for all customers and bank facilities are very poor also. You see cctv camera on 11/9/2017 of time 12:30 to 13:00 pm

Sir i have withdraw 1500 rupee from my sbi atm card but due to low balance in atm i could not get money.but at that time i have recieved a message about the redumption of 1500 rupee and i complained to your customer care about this redumption and i recieve my complaint no.3238789972 via sms but know it gas been closed but i do not get money, so what i can do now in order to get back my money…

Complaint Details:

Auto deducting 2 Rs daily although I did not activate any service. I’m trying to connect your customer care but all lines are busy. Is this how you guys have resorted to get money for your daily operations. I think this is the reason many consumers have decided to port their numbers because of your company’s fraudulent activity to cheat consumers.

Apart from this you’ve got pathetic customer service team. At first no one is there to pick the calls and if by any luck some one picks up the call then they are not ready to help and get rude with customers. In my case there was this girl who picked the call and directly said “whatever your concern maybe, I cannot help you, you may hangup now and call after 2 days”. I guess you have hired illiterates to handle customer service.

Anyways, request you to please deactivate this service asap(i.e today itself) and return my money back or expect a legal action for this fraudulent activity.

I had my taxi vehicle insured with Reliance Insurance, policy number 1305262338004563, my vehicle met with an accident in the last week of Feb’17 and I gave the vehicle in the workshop which was under the umbrella of reliance ins as a cashless workshop called Sri Shiva motors in greater Noida in the first week of Apr’17, I got my vehicle last week which was the first week of Sept’17, reasons for delay are below :

1. The surveyor (Manish Tiwari) deployed took a lot of time to survey the vehicle
2. The entire end to end verification process took about 2-3 weeks
3. The surveyor submitted incorrect report
4. The surveyor misbehaved with me and my father when we questioned him on his report
5. I had to raise a complaint in customer service post which the surveyor apologized and promised a full claim settlement
6. The surveyor then in discussion with my father and the workshop owner assured that work should get initiated on the vehicle and the entire amount will be settled
7. The surveyor however submitted an incorrect report wherein he rejected covering the right side of the vehicle inspite of the fact that the policy was zero dep and the car was damaged in the same accident
8. The surveyor then got transferred out of delhi
9. The next surveyor Love Kumar gave us a very hard time and said that the right side will not be covered, by then the car was fixed

Due to the above mentioned reasons it took almost 5 months for me to get my car fixed and returned .

outlined below is the financial loss I bared because of this
7400*5 = 37000 EMI’s paid out of my pocket as the vehicle could not be used for business
20000*5 = 100000 profit loss since my vehicle could not be used for business

Rhythm Kitchens is a fraud.He charged me Rs 80000 for construction of two cabinets in April this year in two installments of Rs 30000 and Rs 50000 by account payee cheques.But after getting the final payment he left the work incomplete and kept on promising to complete it soon, but never turned back. Its owner is some Mr Arun.The work is still incomplete.He has not even given me the receipts of the two cheques which are account payee.

Purchase from BAJAJ HIGHWAY SERVICING, Jorhat, Assam on 02/11/2016.

From day 1 i.e 02/11/2016, During starting my bike rpm is in 1000 rpm (neutral condition), but after warm up it goes to higher about 1400-1500 rpm (neutral condition). I complained to dealer but they are unable to resolve the issue. even I replaced the acceleration cable (suggested by dealer technician) but result is same.

So, I request you to send your engineer to resolve my bike problem.

Not it has a problem of condenser blast and local service center is saying that the part is not available & we can’t say in how many days it we’d be available. I hv you ll resolve the same at earlist otherwise unnecessarily i hv to go to consumer court.
