I renewed car insurance policy(I1717056) from Bharti Axa General Insurance, while payment was made from my Standard Charted Internet banking, no receipt was generated and the amount was deducted from my account.

Hi sir/madam,

This is to inform you that we are getting dirty and black drinking water from tape every day in my locality h. No.112, Bh block, east Shalimar bagh, delhi-110088. This water is so dirty that it smells really bad. I have never expected that the quality of water that delhi jal board is supplying is going down day by day. This worst quality of water causing many hazardous problems on our health and it is specially affecting our children’s health. This problem is not limited to me as it is also affecting my neighbors family.

I am raising this concern to you as i believe it will addressed asap by helping us in getting good quality of drinking water from delhi jal board. Request you to address it asap as it is making our living very difficult.

Today at around 3O’clock i have called to the helpine number to know the ststus of my account which is new. But i have received vulgur answers from the online guy by name Mansoor from Chennai mount road branch.

At first i have asked him how much time it will take to open an account in your branch. He replied back to me stating that it will take 3 days of time. After that i have told him that as per my company norms they have requested us to open the account in IOB bank. After that conversation had happened for more that 8 minutes speaking very rudely with the customer. I have stated so many times like “this is not the right way to speak/deal with the customer”. For this he replied back like “teach me how to speak so that i will learnt from you”.

After this conversation i have asked him like how it will be possible to come to the branch during office hours. He replied back like “you only need to come and collect all the documents from the branch”. For this reply i have asked him like how we will come to the branch for this he replied back like you can change the branch to nearest branch. For this he is asking me like o tell the pin code of my nearest location. As i forgot the pin code i have asked him o search in Google and let me know the procedure. For this he spoke to me like “you have been in Chennai for more than 3 years first you tell me the pin code

I would like to know is this is the right way to speak with the customer. I am sincerely requesting you people to learn how to deal with the customers for better growth of your organization.

I am very frustrated and so only i am writing this lodging a complaint. Hope i will get reply as soon as you see this scenario which i have stated above.

I have been using tata sky for more than two years now and has been quite satisfied with the customer service department. I have called customer service on saturday to replace of LMV. And technician has changed accordingly. But at the same time he took the Old LMV with him which he has changed. Then I have received the call from Tata Sky and at that time I asked the person that the replaced LMV which i have paid for it, the technician took with him. She told me that the it is company’s policy. Then I talked to the Senior person from the Customer Care office and She told me that she will raise the complaint regarding this issue. Again I received call today in the morning. She was also telling me the same thing that the Part cannot be returned to the customer.
My point is that When I have paid for that part earlier how can they took the part (Old LMV) with them without informing me. This Procedure is as good as buying the Part. Atleast Tata Sky must give discount or buyback on New Part. The Technician didnt show me the new Super LMV that whether it is New or Old. Customer Service guys keep telling that it is company’s procedure…is that so …?

I am using Airtel prepaid mobile services for the past 15 years. But Since last two years, me and people of my locality are suffering from bad signal strength of Airtel 4G network. Most of the times signals are absent which irritates and we are unable to continue our talks even in emergency situations. There is a call drop too at everytime.

Airtel being a big telecom player need to take initiative and support the customers who are facing such technical issues. Even most of the poeple in my locality have been migrated to other service providers.

Please look into this serious matter and do the quick response and rectify the same as soon as possible.

I had ordered a product blue line kurtis of rs 271 plus shipping charges 100 that comes to 371 rs. On 18th august 2017. But i have received one unstitched different product which is totally different from original product hence i requested them to return the product and refund the money back but they had not responded the call the number which was given to us. Request you to take action on this company or else they will keep fooling other people by giving them wrong products. The company is based in surat.

but we received a false order which containt improper manufactured memory card 64gb, damaged power bank 25000mah and a small headphone
so kindly cancel the order and refund the amount as soon as possible.

Dear Team,

I have purchased Royal Enfield Classic 350 in Aug 2016 and have done 6500 kms. I have done all services on time. It is single hand driving with utmost care and concern. My vehicle developed pick up issue last month and when I showed the vehicle to Royal Enfield authorized service centre at whitefield, they said, there is no issue with regard to clutch plates and adjusted the clutch lever saying it was tight. There was no problem fro few weeks and again vehicle developed the pick up issue. I took it an other auhorized service centre i.e. Sai Ram Autocraft and they said that Clutch assembly need to be replaced.

My vehicle is just 1 year old with 6500 kms done. How is it possible to lose the clutch assembly. I have driven two wheeler for decades and never used to get this issue at all. Sai Ram Autocraft have replaced the new clutch assembly set and charged me 3150/- in addition to all other regular charges of INR 2990/- (Total 6140)/- dated 09-09-17. Invoice No. SLINV4872171803224.

In view of the above, I humbly request the concerned team to let me know, how come the clutch assembly gets damaged within 1 year when the vehicle is rode with care and concern. If this is the case, Do I need to replace the clutch assembly frequently ? or the vehicle come with the damaged clutch assembly initially ? If the vehicle has come with the defective clutch assembly, request you to refund the clutch assembly charges billed to me.

I feel terribly upset with regard to the above incident. Hence request you investigate and revert on the above issue.

I am using this number for the last 2 years. In the mid of this, i have ported this number to airtel then again came back to Vodafone. From the day 1, i am getting sms and calls from different banks regarding some credit card issues which is registered under the name of Subhroto Ghosh. I don’t know who the hell he is but the question is why i am getting such calls and sms. I hv also shared the same with you, respective banks and other caller to update the number. But no one has turn up. You know what even i am getting some otp password as well. Is this the security that we are looking for.Today, i got 3 calls from kotak and finally after this harassment, i hv contacted ur customer care. Again i have shared my concern and request him to kindly share any alternate number of Subroto Ghosh. But he has denied by showing me some company norms. So, i hv requested him to transfer the call to any senior executives. But he has denied for the same.

I want a permanent resolution. Kindly update.
