I cancelled my order worth rupees 1705 placed on Souled Store on 23 August 2017, the refund of which is not received by me till date. First 2 weeks when I contacted them, they just kept on saying that they had initiated the refund and will reflect in your account soon. After 2 weeks when I tried to contact them they just said they had sent the refund, go check with your bank and they provided me some payment id screenshot. After that I went to bank and the bank employee said me to ask the UTR no. from them (souled store) and said that they cannot trace the transaction through payment id . I again contacted them to ask for the UTR no. but they keep on saying they can’t provide that and payment id is the proof, payment id is the proof.
I want souled store to refund my money as soon as possible or atleast provide the UTR no.

I am working in CHIL SEZ CCC office.Recently i bought an aircel sim.But i am unable to get the range inside my office building while i am able to get it outside with in the campus. Many of my colleagues has also shifted from aircel to some other network because of this issue. Other networks are available inside the buildings, why not aircel?. Can you do something about this?.

Requisition team taken the vehicle on tuesday dated 17.09.2017 at about 7.30 pm for hitting a dog with the vehicle but till now no information or any action taken by the service center bhubaneswar. Even the insurance team has not taken the proper action till now. Till now no information form the service center. But why they taken so much time for a minor rearing. And the service center service and management is not so good. Pl. Do the needful for early release of the vehicle.

Hi applied for credit icici credit card and got confirmation message too… but till now I did not get my card. so please let me know what is the issue regarding card..shall I get the card or not. I had purchased a bike from M/s Bike Shopee from Khanpur dealer for Yamha. The Yamha bike is of 150 CC- FZ Fs fi, on 8th of May 2017. Till date I had not received my bike’s original from the dealer. All the time they give me one week’s time to trace the RC. But till date they had not done any thing and know they are not at all ready to listen me. I am struggling a lot, Kindly help me out. Res, sir, my self dr.kirankumar vaishnav.had got accident of maruti alto car reg.no.HR-26-BP2010 .a truck driver make accident on right side-backside door and went away.on Dt.11/03/2017 at 5.30pm near cheharmata mandir, changodar, ahmedabad, gujarat. i had produced accident claim on the next day. the surviour came and surved.the car repaired in a month, and was on road from dt.12/05/2017. the claim has been sectioned but the officer of ahmedabad office told that they will make payment by net banking withen 7 days.but they did not make .then i meet officer for 3 times and called for more then 5 times.now they says that they will issue the chque withen 4 days.then there was no payment-i called them-now they says that the cheque will be issue by their Delhi branchand will communate me withen 7 days, but yet i have not got the payment without my fault. and before 3 days they says that they are not issuing the cheque.then who will issue the cheque?and when i will got my payment, as it has gone morethen6 months.pl.do need full and oblidge.
