I have been receiving calls from [protected] registered in the name of Sonu Kumar shown as in truecaller ID. is calling and claimimg to be from SBI call centre and needs my ATM details so that the card can be renewed. But suprisingly I do not have a SBI account. On catching his bluff and threatening to lodge a complaint against him, he abuses badly and says that no body and especially the government can not catch him.

Kindly look into the matter and catch the following person which seems to be a part of a fake call spam gang before any one gets cheated or any harm is caused.

Complaint Details:
I am resident of Phursungi residing near power house, bhosale village on Saswad road and the condition of this highway is very bad as big path holes are on roads near Vittal petrol pump, Bhekrai nagar chowk and SP infocity park. There are no dividers on road and every time there will be big road block even traffic police only enjoying the situation. Need your help on this immediately as many daily commuters having problem on this road.

I am holding 4G sim of airtel for last 4months and Without using internet for last two months bill has been generated, i ask them multiple times to deactivate the sim card still they didn’t do from last two months.
pls deactivate the card as soon as possible i dont any service from airtel.

Complaint Details:

Sir, I am the owner of sony 32 inch led tv (model no 32R 482B) and the same gone defective . Hence I contacted sony service centre for repairing the same and I deposited my tv at PS SONY SERVICE CENTRE ABHYANKAR NAGAR NAGPUR (MAHARASHTRA, INDIA) on 18th of May 2017 but was not properly repaired due to which it was intermittently woking. I was charged very heavily for the amount of Rs 3775/- .Again I deposited my TV at the same repairing centre for the same fault on 24th july 2017 but it is not repaired uptill now. When I asked the servicing personnels about why its too late in repairing then they replied that the parts are not available. Through this complaint I ask the company to furnish the strict directives to the concerned repairing centre to repair my TV at the earliest please. If its impossible to repair the tv, I request the company to issue me other sony TV in good condition until my tv gets repaired.

I had filed three TDR for refund last month 25th Aug but after one month i have not received refund for the same. The current status of tdr shows “CR registered”.The details are as follows:
PNR [protected] from patna to new delhi. Reason for tdr- Train was diverted from destination station hence passenger did not travel. Booking date-25th August 2017
PNR [protected] from Patna to anand vihar. Reason for tdr- Train was late for more than 10 hours and passenger did not travel.booking date-23rd August 2017
PNR [protected] from Madhubani to Rajender nagar. Reason for tdr- Train was cancelled from boarding station and passenger did not travel.booking date-20th August 2017

Complaint Details:
I have booked a courier (Track No. Z32821084) on 21/09/2017, from Dehradun to Patiala. Now it is 26/9/17 almost six days I did not received that courier. That kind of Irresponsibility I was not expecting from DTDC. Kindly help in in this regard, people are reaching to the courier companies just because of fast service and you are lacking in this regard.

Complaint Details:
Joined Trizac on 01july 2016.
They deducted PF every month but did not deposit to EPF account.
I resigned and left Trizac on 17 Dec 2016 but till date did not receive PF amount. Since 8-10 employees were working they say they will credit the amount in bank account but did not receive till date even they did not response.
Please provide solution.

Complaint Details:

I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 8897 without my concern on date:15/09/2017. I am not interested about this service and don’t want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1299/-.

Complaint Details:

I have booked cab from Chandani Chowk to Shakarpur Yesterday. The driver was very worst. He took me to other place and drop by telling that CNG is over. It was very worst behavior of Driver and it is not at all accepted. I will not pay any fare for that and if you will not take action i will file complaint because it was drivers mistake.

So please wave off my fare. I am waiting for your positive response.
