Complaint Details:

From the time I have ported my number from Reliance(Tamil Nadu) to BSNL(Karnataka) I could not recharge my number. I ported my number in the month of october, 2016.

Though I am getting calls and SMS on this number but could not call anybody.

On BSNL website I could not lodge complaint because it denies that the service provider is BSNL.

I think there is some problem with porting process.

I tried calling BSNL complaint numbers several times and did not get a response just once.

Please do the needful or else I will do the last thing I can do to get rid of this problem that is port it some other provider atleast they listen to the problems of customers.

St sepI have purchased whilpool 292 ltr refrigerator on 21se sep i got it on 23rd sep and i got some scrathes on the refrigerator, And the same is convyed to Flipkart by his delevry boy at the time of delvery and from that day daily i am connectiing to flipkart for the replacement but still they are processig my request for the replacing and in that they have sent the engeneer 2 times for the isiting the site by why this is require as your delevery perosne has already taken the picture, Order number-OD110282222826428000

Dear Sir,
GRACE CONNECT consultancy is a man power agency located in Pune. A lady named Ms.Joana kumari Dokka is the HR of this company. She offered a job in Singapore. And to join in the job, i Paid 1, 55, 000 Rs. Suddenly she said, The job was alloted to another candidate. So, They offered a job which is not relevant to my career. Hence i said that i am not interested with this offer. Hence kindly refund the amount which I paid. This incident happened on Dec 2016. 75% of the amount has been repayed. But still 40, 000 rs is pending from their side. Whenever i Cal, They are not attending my cal. for this 1, 55, 000 rs, I am paying 6000 rs as interest every month. My monthly earning is 18, 000 rs PM. My family’s happiness is entirely ruined. If this situation goes on…, I have to lose my life. I have no other way. Kindly help me. Sir.

Sir I had bought htc 828 dual here in Sirsa Haryana India almost 0ne year & 4 months ago. All of sudden mobile got switch off & it stops functioning totally. I contacted for htc service centre which estimated cost of 15000 because of motherboard problem. As it’s not feasible for me to get repaired the cellphone at this much cost. Please help me out.

I had applied for IPO of Madhya Pradesh Today through ASBA, but was not allotted. It has been around 5 days since allocation. However still the amount has not yet been unblocked from my bank account.
And for that regarding i made around 50 calls to asba dept since past 3 days, but their phone comes engage all the time.
Seems they want to avoid talking to customer.

I am a mother of 2 kids and generally give rs 10 Amul dahi in Tiffin along with my food. Today 4th Oct 2017 I purchased 1 pack of Amul dahi of rs 10 from my near shop in the morning around 8:30am along with my regular Amul Shakti milk packets. I kept the Amul dahi pack in my son’s (age 2.7 years) tiffiin, he goes to playgroup in Hopscotch school located at motera, Ahmedabad. In the afternoon at 12:45 pm when I went to pick him up, I was informed by her class teacher that when she opened the Amul dahi pack, after 2-3 sons of feeding him they saw a purple colour thing in the dahi. When taken out from the teachers hands and observed closely it was looking like a peice of balloon. As they found this not suitable and can be harmful for a kid of 2.7 years, they didn’t make him eat that dahi.
I would request you to please attend this complaint. If required teachers and I have taken photos of the dahi pack.

I bought a recliner for Rs 30, 000/-. From my registered ph no., you can verify the date of purchase and the history of service rendered by your technician. A few days after delivery at my home, the material at foot rest was peeling off. I complained to your Aminjikarai store from where I got the recliner. They sent the technician to my home. He did some minor correction with pasting the material and assured that there won’t be problem thereafter.

But to my surprise, the material pasted did not stick permanently and it was again tearing off. When I again told your people over ph nos. 08939992380 & 09884712040, I was asked to send the images of recliner’s affected portion by whatsapp in the second ph no. ending 12040. I have promptly done the same.

But they say that I’ll have to bear the cost of repairs. Since the problem occurred from the beginning, the product has to be repaired at company’s cost. Despite my telephonic conversation with the phone no. 09884712040 and sending image once again in whatsapp as advised by him, it is not taken care.

I am totally disappointed with the product, service and the image of wood pecker is at stake. Please attend to my complaint and set right the recliner at the earliest. Meanwhile, the foam inside the bottom of the foot rest is also coming out. Further, the head of the recliner is also slowly getting peeled.

The product I was supplied was of very inferior quality and not worth the price I paid for. In view of the above, I request quick service. You may contact me for details. A Krishnan
