Complaint Details:

I have lived in property of Fellahomes in Sector 48 Noida.
On the first day of move in they have taken two months security(Rs 12000) and one month advance(Rs 6000)

Time period was : 1st aug 2016 – 31st aug 2017

Due to property termination they have send us only 10 days notice which was just contradicted to their rent agreement in which it was 30 days mentioned.

Even though we have vacated the house with in ten days with lot of sufferings and trusted fellahomes that they will return our two months security with in 15-20 days, but its been around 45 days they have not returned our security and when we are trying to reach them for discussing about it, they are not picking our calls and they just replied once on email showing false breakup of some amount Rs 107000

Following is the breakup.
Painting : 35, 000
Marble Polishing : 15, 000
Wooden Work : 20, 000 – 25, 000
Locks Wear and Tear : 8, 000
Other Repair & Replacement of accessories, fittings, locks – 24, 000
Total – 1, 07, 000

Not sure why these guys are not returning our security. I am requesting them please return our security worth Rs 12000.

Logging of dirty water on Road
Sir, I am the resident of Vasundhara, Dayal Residency near by BBD Engineering College, Lucknow. There is a Naala carrying garbage and dirty water of Village “Shivpuri”.This Naala is not connected with the main Naala which is situated at Main road (i.e. Faizabad Road), but end on plots of Vasundhara. Since construction is in full swing in those plots, a lot of dirty water logging on Road and the end of Naalaa. So the place condition of Above mention is very bad.
Moreover, during the Monsoon season, roads convert into swimming pools. There is a lot of water logging, however, no one seems to pay any heed to the situation. Through this medium, I would like to file a complaint against the competent authorities, who are not showing any interest in this area and the situation is getting bad to worst.
I, am a citizen of India, request you on behalf of all the residents of Vasundhara, Dayal Residency, Lucknow to please take some actions to connect the Naala tto the main Naala. We are facing very much difficulty due to water chowking condition in naala.
Hope you will take some actions soon to resolve this problem.
