Scam or fraud: ICICI Bank — demat account not opening

I have placed request for opening demat account 5 tines but everytime the person says that the request is placd and person will visit your place in 48 hours and still noone contacts. When I call next time, they say I cant see your request and I am placing fresh request and nothing happens. Sometimes they say that our execyutive called you and you said you are not interested. They are liers and Useless customer service.

Scam or fraud: ICICI Prudential AMC — redemption proceeds to nre delay inordinately with flimsy reasons

My daughter is an NRI and I have invested in various mutual funds on her behalf. We had to make a large payment to a builder by Oct 31st and hence I redeemed a few mutual fund holdings on Oct 25th in order that the bank a/c may have enough balance to cover the amount of the cheque issued.
While the funds from other mutual funds reached the a/c by Oct 30, the funds from ICICI Prudential mutual fund did not. I called their toll free number on Oct 31st to inquire the reason. I was told it was because the FIRC was pending. I was told because of this, they couldn’t do the fund transfer but had mailed me cheques. Note that I am currently working in Pune but my residence is in Mumbai. I was told that for FIRC I had to simply send an account statement by email to enquiry@icicipruamc.com. I called again the same day for some clarifications and I was told that if I sent it immediately, they would transfer the funds because the cheque was not sent but instructions for printing the cheques have been issued. I immediately downloaded the statement of the last 2 months and emailed it.
The next day, I got a call from the courier delivery guy in Mumbai that there was something for me from ICICI and I requested him to deliver to my neighbour. At my request, my neighbour opened the envelopes and confirmed that the cheques were in the envelopes.
On Friday Nov 3rd evening, as I was driving from Pune to Mumbai, I got a call
from someone from ICICI saying that I needed to send bank a/c statement for FIRC. I told him I had already sent it but he had no record of it. During the conversation, I realised that the statement needs to cover the dates of the purchases. I told him to email me with the corresponding dates notified.
During this conversation, he also told me that I would not be able to deposit the cheques without a letter from ICICI Pru that the funds could be deposited in a NRE a/c.
1. The other mutual funds redeemed the units and credited the NRE a/c without any other documentation. Only ICICI Pru demands the FIRC.
2. There is only one bank a/c registered for this folio and that is a NRE a/c.
3. All purchases were made via netbanking from the same a/c. It is not possible to use another a/c for purchase. Why is FIRC required?
4. We had not been informed about the FIRC requirement when purchases were made years ago. Even when redeeming, we were not intimated. It is only when I called to ask the status of the funds, I was told about the FIRC requirement.
5. My units have been debited on October 25th or 26th. My funds have not reached me. Who bears the loss?
6. I have lost the trust of the person to whom I had issued the cheque. Who will restore it?
7. Today is Nov 7th the 14th day since redemption and neither have I got the money nor am I told what is the status.
8. When I call the toll free number, it takes long to be able to speak to a person and the line gets disconnected before I am done. Today I could not get a resolution after a 13 minute call which the got disconnected. The next attempt got disconnected before a person came on the line. A regular feature.
When I call the escalation number listed on their website, [protected], it does not even ring.

I have made payment and payment is confirmed from policy bazaar but the policy is not yet issued. my car number is AP28CK4674. Please do the needful and help me in getting my soft copy. I am following up with their customer service in all possible ways but not getting correct information. I have made the payment before my policy expiration itself.

While trying to purchase ticket RS.800 got deducted from my bank account.
without any confirmation of matchday ticket.
NOW I complained about it on 23rd Oct 2017 itself
Request no. (29054)
and on 30th Oct. they emailed me that they have refunded the amount with the following message.

“Dear Deep,

Thank you for your patience.

Our records show the amount was refunded on Oct 30, 2017, with Reference Number [protected]

Sincerely,

FIFA U-17 WC Ticketing Team”

BUT TILL TODAY ALSO THERES NO AMOUNT REFUNDED IN MY BANK ACCOUNT.

NEED HELP.
REFUND THE MONEY ASAP.

Scam or fraud: Kerala Water Authority — not receiving water for the last one week and the problem is repeating frequently

Consumer no:MRT/1955/N non demestic.We are Govt Technical HS at Marutharoad panchayath, Palakkad.On most days water is not getting.The matter is informing AE each time but the problem is not getting resolved. The Mid-day noon meal programme is depending water from water authority and hence the water scarcity raising hot issues in this.Also, even if water is not getting, our meter is running and bills are issued for huge amounts. MAIN ISSUE IS THE SHORTAGE IN WATER.

Re supply result of maths of passed out 4th yr mechanical engineering student were published one day late than normal and all the students were fail 17 students . Then we were asked to to submit review form and now the review result is out although i had written much more than most of students and as per my maths professor he send 25+ marks still result is same. Please ask WBUT to reevaluate and republish result.

Scam or fraud: Royal Enfield — chain sprocket and front suspension heavy noise

Very very worst suspension, even after multiple service at Royal Enfield (Velachery).heavy noise observed. I have send Rs.12500 in last service .still all problems remain same. Handle bar hinge heavy vibration and jolting noise.

We all thing RE bike can be used for long drive, comfort & good suspension but its not true. Not really worth for the selling price.

Hi MCD,

This is regardig the unauthorised construction of 3rd floor in 9/116 9 block, Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi-110015. This house is not freeholded yet and people of 1st floor has constructed the 3rd floor without seeking approval from nearby MCD. They have also constructed a small room set above the 3rd floor. Kindly request you to take quick action as they have already build the floor and demolish it or put a stop on rest of the construction.

I have ordered mobile phone and which become a not good. I requested flipkart to exchange or refund but company is telling they don’t have replace or refund policy. Flipkart doesn’t have exchange or refund policy they are communicatiing. The policy was not clear. They are not helping about my order. It’s totally disappointed of flipkart.
