Sir, My Airtel mobile number is [protected] .
Yesterday i did 448 recharge from MyAirtel app by using Phonepe. Money deducted by PhonePe with transaction id P1806130444073965927118 . But i did not received any recharge confirmation from Airtel neither it is showing in transaction history of Airtel app.Even validity has not been extended as per recharge validity.

I have receive my TV screen broken. I raised the complaint WOIN[protected]. I didn’t receive any call /sms/email from them. When I contact customer support they don’t have any answer regarding the status. The only answer I got is “please be patience”. Every day they are telling backend team will call me in 24 hours. But they never called me to update the status.
I don’t have option also to track the status. There is no escalation matrix for MI.

​Hello Sir, I am Neha Gupta d/o of Saroj Kumar Gupta. My father is suffering from Renal Cell Carcinoma, he was having pain in his right thighs. We consulted the assistance of Dr. Sanjeev Shah on May 7, he advised Physiotherapy. My father asked his assistance to take an X-Ray and then suggest something, but he refused saying there is no cancer in your bones and it is muscular pain and that he needs to go for a physiotherapy. We got one physiotherapy done and after the treatment he never walked. The situation worsened from here. We again visited another assistance on May 10 he advised us to consult an oncologist. (Attached prescription) On May 12 is femur bone fractured we had to undergo a surgery which cost us close to INR2.50Lakhs.

I recently bought a new Honda Activa in April, 2018– it’s important to mention that I especially waited for 4 months to buy a new model ie 5g having smart features, new style and upgraded version from the previous vehicle.

But eventually, my happiness is converting into a sorrow. Being a female its really troublesome if your vehicle stops in the mid of road or does not start– this is exactly whats happening with me. I have no words to convey the extremes of inconvenience am facing with this new activa. I really want you to look into this matter and resolve asap as the service engineer are helpless in resolving this.

On June 12, 2018, night, I connected my Skullcandy Ink’d Wireless Earphones for charging and went for a bath. After 30-40 minutes when I saw that the earphone is not charging as the light was not ON; I went to check it. As soon as I put my fingers on the charging side end, I found that It was heating. I ejected the charging cable from the port and re-inserted it. But while doing so, when I touched the charging port cover, it came off as It was melted at the one end. Seeing this, I didn’t connect it for charging for quite some time and around after 5-10 minutes, I re-connected it for charging and luckily it was charging. But It stopped charging after some time. Later, I found that the buttons cover was also coming off the earphone at one end. At the same time, I visited Skullcandy website to see the “contact us” options. Call was not available at that time, so, I wrote an email. Next day, I contacted the customer support via phone around 10:20 am and was asked to send some screenshots after explaining the scenario. I sent the asked images but later, I was refused to get it covered under warranty due to physical damage. But I don’t understand how this was a physical damage. This was a case of charging issues which resulted in some outer damages. But you guys are just seeing the outer damages and completely ignoring the main issue. This is really a heartbreak for me as It’s been only 4 months since I purchased this earphone. If i see it, I’ve paid ₹750/month for this earphone which is not worth at all. And, the thing is that, I’ve been paying for the fault which I didn’t make.

Click Id- N3GNZ7S0SZ6UWRU have done 3-4 transactions on Make My Trip through Gopaisa in last 9 months. Whenever, I qualify for Rs. 50 cashback, Gopaisa does not hesitate to give me the same. But, whenever, it is a question of Rs. 350 cash back, Gopaisa website says” You donot qualify for the Offer or says you are eligible for lower amount of cashback.”
It is crystal clear that Gopaisa is having Nexus with the Make My Trip agents regarding commission amount and Cash back amount. I have proved with documents time and again that Make My Trip is cheating me every time when ever they need to give Large amount of Cash Back. But Gopaisa seems to be very happy with this Retailer and never tries to Rectify the error in the system. Even after accepting the fact that, Customer is cheated by Make My Trip, Gopaisa only says Sorry.

I am also a victim of this agency. I was offered with a job in muscat and paid 25000 as first payment. Its been above 50 days and no reply till now. I asked for money back and they are not willing to payback. PLEASE DONT TRUST THIS AGENCY AND ITS MD FRAUD RAJESH AND HIS EMPLOYEE REMYA.
