Complaint Details:
I ordered a Micromax tv on Nov 11th and cancelled it on 13th. Same day I ordered same tv as it was coming for lesser price. I got a mail saying it was cancelled. Then again on 15th I got a call saying Your micromax tv got delivered, since I was at office I asked my neighbour to pick it up. Once I reached my home at 7 pm I checked tv isnt the one which I ordered, so I immediately called their customer support team and told them I want them to pick up and they said they would pick it up in 2 days. Next day I got my new tv delivered. And even after 3 days no one was coming for pick up of cancelled tv, so I tweeted them and they called after 2 days.
Once they did call me, they informed me that I should not believed their customer support team member and return would be done. Now they are explaining me that courier guys was the mistake and saying sorry. Sorry isnt suffice, for your mistake I have to pay 21k. What would i do buying 2 same tvs ??
Once I cancel it should not have been delivered in the first place, I dont care what is the internal process, I will just refer to your portal and make thhe changes there itself.
Now take the product back and refund the money. Highly inconvienient.
