Complaint Details:
Sir, My mob no 9824636504 updated in 4G some days ago. SIM working OK when I got but now SIM card not working & shown in my phone. I complaint to Airtel local store & they demand again my documents for new SIM which is already submitted by me on 27/11/16 (UPDATE TIME). My phone working is OK with insert another SIM. I logged complaint vide ref. No PR122000038 & PR122000358 but Airtel representative closed my complaint with not proper reply.
