Hi,
I wanted to close my Kotak Mahindra bank account for past 3 months.
For which, I have written them several emails indicating the same but I did not receive any reply.
Now I got the message that my account balance is negative because I have not used my account. I would like to file a complaint against Kotak Mahindra bank for negligence and charging me for the services that I already informed I don’t need.
