Hi Team,
I will like to bring to your notice regd. A serious matter at hand. Indigo has become a corrupt airline, filled with money minded and money making staff. I had reached 1 hr 10 mins i.e. 5:50am before my flight departure which was at 7am, PNR#S89D3C .There was a long queue at the counters and I went and directly interacted with the Indigo staff at the counters, they politely told me not to worry and that I will get the boarding pass. There seemed like some issues at the counters as the people were taking lot of time to provide the boarding passes and were talking to each other instead of attending to the customers.
I went to the counters and told the staff twice to give me my boarding pass so that I don’t miss my flight and they didn’t give me repeating the same thing that I need not worry and they will provide me with the same.
But when I reached the counter finally, they refused to give me the boarding pass and ensured that I miss my flight. Even the guys who told me previously that they will provide me the boarding pass vanished from the site. I kept on requesting the other staffs to call them but they didn’t.
It seemed like a well planned conspiracy to sell my ticket at higher price to someone else. And that what explains the negligence and unwillingness of the Indigo staffs to provide me with the boarding pass on time. Later on the staffs I interacted were quite rude and they told me to go to other counter to get the ticket to the next available flight which according to them cost 13k approx.
Point to be noted here is that when I asked them to direct me to some higher official whom I can complain to, they ignored me totally.
I am writing this complain to ensure that there is some action taken against those staff for the humiliation & harrasment they forced me to undergo and so that I get my money back.
All of the actions will be recorded in the CCTV cameras installed in the airport. Kindly take action accordingly.
