Hi all,
I have received a call from Nandini (She told as – Sr manager in PHCI) 19 Nov 2016.
She said that .. i can go for cashless treatment and all the money we have paid for hospital bills will reimburse in 2 days.
But after payment – i have sent hospital bills to customer care.
but now customer care team (after calling may times)- now my bill will not be reimbursed.
The welcome kit which sent by them is – has useless vouchers.
as well as phci customer care team do not speak in proper way … ph. no- 011-45097293 ..
now i wants to cancel my policy and i want refund of my policy amount with bank charges which bank charge on EMI…
Now they are not even in a position to cancel my policy.
My dear PHCI dont do all fake commitment and do not play with people money..and your staff speak very badly…
