Scam or fraud: Royal Enfield — Engine abnormal noise & Workshop Technicians reckless behaviour

Complaint Details:
Some abnormal noise was observed from the engine, when I went to the authorised workshop to solve this issue they ask to leave the bike as it was a time consuming process. For Three days the bike was there at the service station and every day when I use to visit there they use to say that it will take more time.
Finally on third day when I visit the work station they said that the bike is ready. But when I checked the bike the clutch was too loose/ free and was not in working condition. When I enquired about the same the mechanic said that the clutch wire needs replacement, which was perfectly fine at the time I submitted my bike with them. The manager then looked into and got the clutch wire replaced. The front number plate was also broken when I received my bike. During the time of delivery there was also no engine oil in the engine and they poured about 700ml engine oil in front of me. If this type of recklessness is there at the authorised service centre then I think I should prefer going to a local mechanic.
