Complaint Details:
I did a transaction of adding Rs 5000/- to my Payton wallet account held on mobile no. 9779750686 on 08 Dec 2016 at 09:57AM through net banking from PNB account vide order no. 2340353099. The transaction failed as per Paytm notification though it was successful as per the bank notification. The amount was immediately debited to my bank account but the same has not been credited to the wallet so far nor the same has been refunded to the bank account. The issue remains unresolved despite my having raised ticket on the same day. It is really strange that Paytm dealing with huge money transactions of the public has no customer care number where customers can get to talk about their complaints with their executive. It is not understood as to how RBI has permitted them to do this financial business in such a casual manner. I request for an early resolution of my complaint.
