Complaint Details:
I purchased an Aquagurad reviva RO from eureka Forbes representative and i haven’t received the bill/invoice for the same. I purchased this product more than a month ago. No response from customer care number and the representative i purchased this product. Even grocery store in India says:”No need to pay anything if we do not give you a bill”. Why such negligence from such a big company?
Also the representative didn’t fulfill the commitment. He told me to buy the RO from him than buying it online from eureka website and he shall give me a Watch as a gift. Which has not been provided yet.
