Complaint Details:
I was adding money to my PayTM wallet and transaction was failed. But the amount was debited from my card. Now it showing status as “Refunded to Bank” but it has not reflect yet in my Card. The amount is 3000 Rs. And order id is: 2344013685. I raised ticket through PayTM App and also tweet the issue. But no reply from PayTM guys.
Please look into this issue. And please inform me when can I expect my Money back?
