Complaint Details:
This is with regards to the few challenges which I am facing with SBI bank I have the saving account with SBI bank, I think I should close the account with SBI due to the service and the response aim getting from branch Hiranandani Estate thane west.
First thing I don’t if this the email id actually belong to the general manger or not, or this is fake email.
? I have applied for the debit in month of oct 2016 via SBI online, The debit card arrived when I was not at home on 5th Nov 2016 when I have checked the nearby post office it was not available, Same day I went to branch that is Hiranandani Estate thane west the service manger is very disgusting and unprofessional she don’t have manner how to talk to the custmer also the lady called Priya, they don’t listen to the query and directly redirt to some one else. Aagin they have called me after one week and there was same issue.
? I have called Ravindra Gurav who located in the wagle estate SBI branch but not fruitful service I got. He inform me and also taken my name number and he inform me he will get back to me still no luck, again the fake promise to the customer.
? Details is been provided by Priyanka one of customer care office who help me with this request number for my debit card : complain : CP8888827010619 and the airway bill number AQ344656615IN, and inform me it will take 10 working days to resolve this issue.
? On the internet banking also some time it work some time it don’t work.
? I DON’T KNOW HOW MANY DAYS IT WILL TAKE FOR MY DEBIT CARD. AND HOW MANY CHALLENGES I NEED TO FACE TO GET MY DEBIT CARD PIN NUMBER LATER ON.
I am really unhappy with the service which I got from Hiranandani Estate thane west this people working here is really very unprofessional, I don’t on this email any action would be taken on those employee or not.
I will be waiting for the reply from GM..
If there will be no reply I will take this matter to consumer court on high level.
