Hi Team,
This is regarding the wrong plan update against my Hathway Broadband connection. I’ve requested for the plan change recently and billing team has suggested 3 plans Thunder1, Thunder2 & Thunder3.
On 2nd Dec 2016 billing team called me and did that plan change to Thunder1 which is 50 Mbps speed and 60 GB data, post-paid plan that costs me around approx. 1108.00/-(rupees per month). However, today(i.e. on 6th Dec 2016) customer care confirmed that I was in Thunder2 plan, Not sure how was that done.
Need help to get this issue fixed. I’ve the call got recorded on that day when the billing team reach-out to me on 2nd Dec 2016 and I hope it was done from the Hathway side as well.
