Dear Paytm,
I just added 4000 rupees to my wallet through my SBI account.Still it deducted from my account but not credited in my wallet.I was a very emergency payment to my hospital bill which is not possible at this movement. My payment against order ID is 2311862668.
The amount got immediately debited from my debit card but the same is not reflecting on the paytm wallet. It has been 8 hrs since the transaction.
I wrote to care@paytm .com but no reply nor I get any sms from the paytm regarding the cash. .
We since in the 21st century still waiting for 24hrs if any transactions fail or not successfully done. Where as in foreign countries the immediate solutions are given.I do not able to understand we are the number one country in the world to give support in IT industry and selling software’s but still facing normal issues.
Need immediate solutions.
