I miss smita s. Hailkar had purchased a new flat at aqua marina society, sr. No. 139, shinde vasti, ravet from legacy life spaces builder. I had done my agreement on 26th feb 2016 and taken possession on 14th june 2016. Builder levied me property tax of the year2015-16 and in my tax receipt it was clearly mentioned that tax 100sqft car parking is also included in total tax. Now buider is not ready to allot any parking for my flat.in the agreement separate provision is made for 1 car parking and taken amount of rs.125000. Please do the needful .
