I have reported incident on 27th oct’16 on accidental damage of my mobile and submitted all my documents in courier on 1st nov’16. My handset pickup was scheduled on 5th nov’16 and 19th nov’16.
Till now I did not get any response from Syska that when my handset will be picked up. When it will be repaired. When it will be dropped.
Whomever I contact on customer care. They simply say they don’t know. After a long quarrel with Syska senior executive Mr. Bala, my pick up was scheduled on 6th Dec’16. But again received a message today that pickup was cancelled. I don’t know what is happening.
Now I am afraid to give my mobile and afraid that my mobile will be returned back or not, even if it is picked up.
No body in customer care knows any information other than the call we make to enquire.
Really very frustrated with the service.
Not sure why these type of insurance are sold by dealers. No any estimation or turn around time to claim the insurance.
I want my money for which I bought insurance back. after all Syska is ready to do NOTHING for my claim.
