Hi..i have taken consumer durable loan from hdfc 4 months ago..u have said after 3 months i will recieve my cashback but i havent recieved till yet.

Is this the way hdfc is giving promises to the customers and specially your customer care number [protected];its always busy;i have called thousands of times and wait for hours.
