Complaint Details:
I am having TATA Tiago and I left my car in Arya Motors Service Center Gurgaon for insurance claim and other service repair on Monday 10th Sep. 2018, 10:00 AM. And insurance adviser has promised me to deliver my car on Sunday 16th Sep. 2018 and service adviser said that only one day work will be done regarding service repair but both person has not told me regarding any update. Even I have called on Tuesday to insurance adviser regarding survey but he has not told me anything. Today I have spoken to manager Mr. Karan Kumar and he is saying that your car will be delivered on 19th Sep 2018. I am suffering so much without my car Overall summary is that very very bad experience at Arya Motors Gurgaon.
