Complaint Details:
I had booked SRM bus from Cochin to Chennai on 09.08.18 evening departure at 7:05 PM at Palarivottam, cochin. Please find the attached bus ticket. Before departure time i didn’t even received the SMS of bus number and driver contact details.
I called your operators at 7:15and reported bus as yet to come. The guy said due to traffic bus moving slowly and will reach 7:30pm. But bus not came 7:30pm I called again 7:40pm the same guy replied, sir bus will come 8PM. But this time also bus didn’t came i called him on 8:10 pm and asked him whether bus is scheduled or cancelled. The guy said bus is running today due to some issue its delay you be wait at boarding point. but nothing happen.
i received call from SRM travels guy at 8:30 pm and he said bus cancelled. I asked him have you arranged any alternative. He said no. Then i asked him after 8:15pm no buses from cochin to chennai, So how should i go. He simply saying “That is not my problem, i am informing bus is cancelled” and simply disconnected the call. Again i called the same number and asked him to do the alternative. But he kept the phone on table and not listen my words. I tried All SRM supports, but no body responded and the numbers which are given in website’s are not working and call forwarded.
Finally i stayed in Cochin and returned back next day by another bus.
In my life this is really bad experience. I didn’t expected this kind of service from SRM transport. Its looks like ordinary travel agent activity. Really i ashamed about this.
