I purchased medicine from your company against bill no. HYD[protected], dated 18/05/2018. Now my doctor change my medicine so that i dont need of this medicine so i want to return my medicine.
Details of medicines as follows-

2. FORMOFLO FORTE TRANSCAP 30 – 1 BOTTLE
