Respected Sir/ Madam,
After my husband’s demise, I was approached by employees of ICICI bank. They introduced and briefed me about a policy for my child. Hoping to secure my child’s future, I agreed to invest in the policy but when I asked what would happen with my money if i fail to pay the further installments, they assured me that my money will be refunded, as time moved on, I was unable to pay the further installments and when I asked the concerned authorities, they answered that I wouldnt be able to get any money which I had previously paid. Please consider my grieviences seriously and take action on this matter as soon as possible.
