Complaint Details:
Ordered 3 products form fanshionandyou and have received 2 products, which are of poor quality and have requested for return. Though have written to support@fashionandyou.com couple of times I have not heard back from them except the auto-generated ticket. No action is been taken.
Also, it’s been more than 12 days. I have not received the 3rd product
