Complaint Details:
I cancelled my order worth rupees 1705 placed on Souled Store on 23 August 2017, the refund of which is not received by me till date. First 2 weeks when I contacted them, they just kept on saying that they had initiated the refund and will reflect in your account soon. After 2 weeks when I tried to contact them they just said they had sent the refund, go check with your bank and they provided me some payment id screenshot. After that I went to bank and the bank employee said me to ask the UTR no. from them (souled store) and said that they cannot trace the transaction through payment id . I again contacted them to ask for the UTR no. but they keep on saying they can’t provide that and payment id is the proof, payment id is the proof.
I want souled store to refund my money as soon as possible or atleast provide the UTR no.
