I have joined in vel tech (vtrs) engineering now i want to discontinue because of some physical illness and also mentally but the principal say you want to pay 2years fees and you leave and also i think to die .The college principal say go and die if you need any help to die i will help you like that college principal say so please help me to get Tc sir because i want join another college.
