Scam or fraud: Aircel — could not send port message from aircel sim

Complaint Details:

My post paid Aircel mobile number is 9768006808 and registered under my Dad’s name Mr G. M Kabilan. We are customers of AIRCEL for more than 5 years. The service has become bad to worst as no sensible talk from their call center team, no internal cordination, rude executives.

I could not send the message to 1900 for porting since 3-4 months. The service is worst and AIRCEL is making it difficult for me to shift to other network even when I am ready to pay my full payment. However, they call me 100 times to make be pay my bill on time.

Further when we call them for assistance, they are least bother to lift our call and help us (or rather some executives themselves don’ t know how to resolve it )

Why am I arrested like this if there are better service providers apart from AIRCEL. I really don’t understand the case ?

I found a number of good reviews on TCCMS INDIA website, thus have come for help !

Would be grateful if you people can understand my situation and help.
