Complaint Details:
I had ported my phone 9987284455 from Mumbai prepaid to Bangalore postpaid. They have deactivated my Mumbai sim and have not activated the Bangalore Sim card. I have no network connection for a week now. Please resolve asap.
Things I’ve tried to get them to resolve this;
1) Going to Airtel store twice for hours. Both in Mumbai and Bangalore. They were helpless, could give no timelines to resolution
2) Contacting Airtel on 121. They could not help
3) Contacting Airtel on Twitter. No resposnse after asking phone number
4) Trying their chat does not work
5) Emailed them on 121@in.airtel.com. No response whatsoever.
I’m really frustrated that I need this number or I would have happily switch an operator.
