I seriously don’t believe that such a brand shopping platform can do this. I made transaction to pay electricity bill through Paytm & received 100%cash back message through Paytm on 22nd Aug. But when I tried to book ticket through Paytm wallet, 0 amount balance was reflecting in my account. I wrote 5-6 mails to them till now but there is no satisfactory response given. Either you credit my amount or else I will discontinue ur services which will be a loss to you only.
