Complaint Details:
My company started a salary account for me in HDFC. But they forget to use that account to credit salary, so bank passed a low severity memo on that account. Now I want that account back. I submitted a Re-KYC form on 30-08-2017. They told me it will take max. 4 days to activate my account. But it’s being 6 days since I submitted that form. I have money locked in that account. I am not able to take that out.
