Complaint Details:
After PRAN receipt, I noticed that bank details were erroneously filled of SBI instead of HDFC bank. The NPS registration done through HDFC bank. having complaint filed and response came to re forward NPS registration ( with photograph) form duly certified by new HDFC bank (with their stamp and employee code) along with self attested PAN card, Aadhar and bank details were sent by courier to CRA Mumbai on 03 Aug 2017. The courier is received by CRA on 07 Aug 2017. But the bank detail still not updated.
Please suggest whether I have to cancel / discontinue my NPS or the concerned agency would take pain to amend my bank details. It is really disgusting that the CRA is not even responding on phone to clarify the prolonged issue.
My PRAN no is 110141534451 and name is Mrs Ghazala Nishat.
