Complaint Details:
On 20th Aug I have made online booking for Pizza and made the payment through PAYTM vide the Billdesk order Booking reference no as mentioned above. But after waiting for 30 mins, when we called the Domino’s number at AS Rao Nagar Branch near Sainikpuri Hyderabad – Telangana state, we were informed that the payment has not reached them and hence no service provided. We were advised to connect with PAYTM for the refund, But PAYTM confirmed that the payment has been made and acknowledged by the Vendor thru bill desk, hence need to connect with the Service provider. Now I am at a loss of Rs. 1438 ( Rs. 719 each for the above two bookings.)
