Complaint Details:
I am really unhappy with the customer support team. I had booked 2 Jio phones on 24th of Aug from MYJIO app& amount has been debited from bank account & till date i have not received the confirmation message. I had done many follows with the team but really there is no response from your team and they ask to contact Jio store and these people says we are not responsible for online booking. You can call centre. When i contacted through mail there was same answer from them also. Jio Phone [#9440080] ticket id raised by Jio team.
