Hi Appleteam,
I made a purchase of iPhone 5s from Croma Mahavir Nagar outlet on 12/03/2017. (Invoice # is – SLF02A092030060303.)
For the first, 2-month phone was working fine, after that phone automatically use to get dead and never use to start even if you press the power button. It automatically starts after 5 to 10 hours. This was happening repeatedly. I went to Croma store they suggested to go to apple center, thus I went there. The phone was in working state when I took there as I work on weekdays and can only go on Saturday.
Till now I have shown this phone to Apple service center 3 times in last 2 months, every time they diagnose the phone and do a reset and say your phone is working fine.
I have 3 videos in which I can prove, how the phone goes dead and does not start.
I need a replacement as I have paid 20000 for this phone.
