Dear Sir / Madam, I Purchased 1.5 HP Suguna Monobloc Water Motor from the Authorised Dealer STELLAR AGENCY Chennai Via Invoice Dated 874/2016-2017 Dated 27/02/2017. The water Motor is under Company Warrenty. Last week I had a Technical Fault with the Water Motor. 24th August 2017 I had called the Agency Stellar Agency via Phone and register Service Request. Since no technician attended my query till Friday 25th August 2017 as promised, On Saturday 26th August 2017 called Stellar Agency to check my query status. But was Surprised that they failed to register compliant and they redirected me. As a senior Citizen I had to undergo mental agony and some financial losses because of the delay. Still I had not given any solution by the agency Stellar Agency or Motor Company Suguna Motors. Requesting for your kind intervene to fix this Service Issue and to take appropriate action on the Agency STELLAR AGENCY and on Motor Company SUGUNA for creating Mental agony to a senior citizen.
