Complaint Details:
On 1st Aug 2017 i have given my HP 1025 colour laser printer to HP Kottayam Service centre (Phone No. 09061202111) for a problem related to print. (In printouts, black/colour dots will appear on the right hand side of the paper from top to bottom at equal gap).
And they promised to return in 7 -10 days. But even after 22 days and after repeated calls and personal visits they are giving lame excuses. Initially they said the part has to reach from HP main centre, then blamed courier service, then claimed the part reached was different and asked for more time without specifying the time frame. When i demanded the return of machine in the same condition that i had given on 1st august, they are asking for more time since their engineer is on leave. And this they are repeating for a week now.
And they have collected Rs. 855 as adavance service charge, but no proper response from them
