Hello, We have bought a mobile from your website on 11th Aug Order Id-OD109933027761540000 when we have received the phone the phone was re starting on its own.So we have requested a return, again we have got the same today with same problem again.Its restarting even if put on charge.When we are trying to raise another refund request they are saying that they cant do we have to take it to the service centre.Why we will take it a new phone to service centre if we are have bought it from Flipkart?Why they are selling faulty products?They know there is some bug in the same they should not fool there customers who blindly trust and buy things from your website.I and my wife have two accounts on flipkarts and we are buying so many items on regular basis from Flipkart.If they treat their valueable customers like this for some 7k mobile phones where are they maintaing the customer relationship?We are not here to cheat you for such a filthy thing.Is flipkart have no respect and concern for there valuable customers?Pls raise it as a complaint as we are very much disappointed with your response this time
