Complaint Details:
I paid my tata power electric bill using paytm and my kotak bank debit card.
I got a failure (not sucessful) message.
The amount of rs 3097 has been deducted from my bank account.

as the transaction has failed and money is deducted from my bank account, kindly arrange to refund my money of rs 3097 into my paytm account.
