Scam or fraud: Oriflame India — Unethical Behavious

Complaint Details:
I am writing this complain on behalf of someone who is not educated much.

A lady had ordered products on 16th Nov’16.The delivery (done by Aramex)went back with a reason that the address was incorrect/insufficient.There was no intimation that the goods have gone back to the shipper.

After placing another order, there is just an invoice copy received on my mail(Since I provided my email address). There is nothing updated on the Oriflame orders page regarding if the order is created. I called up the customer care.I couldn’t stand being waiting to talk to the customer care for more than 5 minutes.There was just a song being played the whole time with out anyone bothering to attend to a call
