Scam or fraud: Maruti Suzuki India — Unnecessary Charges during Service

Complaint Details:
I wish to bring to the attention of the Regional Head/Senior the very dissatisfying and annoying service provided by the Maruti Suzuki Service Team in North Goa. These are my grievances:

1) There are supposedly 4 free services on my Celerio car, however, each service is far from FREE!! There’s a minimum charge of Rs.1, 500 claimed each time, with replacements I don’t even know or ask for! Are these really being changed? Or is the service agent hiking the bill and using the new parts for his personal use? How do I know? Unless the old parts are shown to the client on collection of vehicle. Someone needs to audit what is going on!
2) I get persistent and unnecessary calls regarding reminders for service every 300 kms of my mileage to remind me of service appontments which is annoying. I know when my service is due and an sms to my mobile to remind me would suffice. When I see the ‘trucaller notification’ of Maruti Suzuki Service on my mobile, I don’t pick up anymore. I don’t know if there’s a commission involved for the booking and these calls from the call centre agents should stop.
3) When I sold my previous Ritz car, the agent wanted to know who I have sold it to and if she could have the contact nos to remind him for service appointments, which is such bad manners. Please request to stop.

Please someone look into this. If not, I seriously do not wish to purchase anymore Maruti models due to the harassment and huge bills that I incur with the Maruti Service Team in North Goa. Can someone call or respond to this complaint please!
