Scam or fraud: Axis Bank — Negligence of Axis bank staff

Complaint Details:
My parents opened 2 different senior citizen account on 15/09/ 16, and they have been promised by Axis bank Mira road Santipark branch RM Mr.Basu n Mr. Sachin that they will provide senior citizen card within a week and now its more that 2 and half month, my parents haven’t received card and when we are trying to reach they are not responding calls, when my father visited branch Mr. Bash n Mr. Sachin avoid them n after all these I have spoke to Mr.Basu n Mr. Sachin said they will arrange senior citizen card by next day n they will call us, its again been an week n no respons from them.
We have three accounts in Axis Mira road santi park branch n has demat account too, nw I want to close all three and demat account as I service of staff is poor and they lied all the time.
Can’t trust any organization with such negligent staff
Please advise how to proceed further
And Axis customer care no is nt help full trying get through phone banking officer but can’t get through them as they are not passing the lines
