Hi, I have submitted my Samsung mobile J7 to Samsung care center ghatkopar Mumbai 40086 on 4-Nov-2016 due to display blinking. The handset was in warranty period. I didn’t get any response from service center. I have tried calling on their landline no but, they didn’t receive call also MTNL landline was not working. Then they ask me to submit the original bill and box of mobile to the service center. I have submitted all the documents. On 24-Nov-2016 they said they will exchanged my handset. It will take 10-days more. The was they are working and talking is very rude. They didn’t know the value of customers time. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
