Complaint Details:
I went to the DHL branch office in Coimbatore. To send a critical document.
After 2days I was informed that the parcel can’t be sent so i should come for the parcels. I was asked to provide my account details for the refund of my money of which I did including my contact number. After 4 days the refund had not reflected in my account. I went there to enquire why I was told told the IFS code I provided was incomplete. I gave them the code again they told me I will receive the money in 2days.
IF HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS NOW since my document was returned to me and till now the refund has not reflected in my account.
Has been calling the office and they keep telling me stories. And even now they are not answering my call. How long does it take to make a bank transfer between 2 different banks?
