Complaint Details:
I use Airtel money to pay my bill and I forget mpin required for this. I tried contacting their call centre they weren’t able to help and my account is blocked now. They asked me to send an email I sent email and was told that I will get a reply in 24 hrs. But so far after 24 hrs I didn’t get any reply. My money is stuck and couldn’t pay my bill.
All I need from them is some good customer service which will help me reset mpin and start using the service again. Just reset should not take this long.
