Complaint Details:
I had ordered breakfast in a restaurant and did my payment through Paytm, the order was not placed but my amount of Rs 124/- got deducted twice which was on 19th of December. Then on 25th of December and on 26th of December I tried to update my Paytm wallet with Rs 250 each time, the amount got deducted from my account but my wallet isn’t updated till yet.. tired of calling on the helpline number, my total amount that needs to be refunded is almost Rs 750.
