Amount was not refund after canellation of product within 1month of given time.I can cancel product 5month ago, I have not receive my refund of amount 10, 000/-

please help me, they cheated me so badly.
I join ebiz.com private limited last week of June.Joining amount for ebiz.com private limited was 10, 890, after join they allow us for refund if cancel within 1month of10000/-.I have cancel in 22days.I have been waiting for almost 6month, No refund of money till now.I try to contact them, they don’t my call also.I don’t know what to do…please help me sir.
